AI Model Training Data Disclaimer

When clients contract littleorbitgroup for artificial intelligence model training, fine-tuning, or RAG deployment, strict confidentiality and data isolation protocols are maintained. We do NOT use proprietary client datasets, corporate documents, or operational logs to train public foundation models without explicit contractual consent. All customer data containers remain encrypted at rest and in transit within EU data sovereignty boundaries.

03. TERMS OF SERVICE & ML PIPELINE AGREEMENTS

By commissioning artificial intelligence pipelines, workflow automations, or machine learning modules from littleorbitgroup, you agree to our operational delivery terms.

All deliverables are subject to rigorous testing and accuracy SLAs as specified in individual client freight manifests. Intellectual property rights for custom-trained weights transfer to the client upon full invoice settlement via our secure payment channels.

04. COOKIE POLICY & TELEMETRY TRACKING

Our web infrastructure uses essential session cookies and localStorage flags (such as `littleorbitgroup_cookie_consent`) to store user preferences and verify cookie banner acknowledgment. No intrusive third-party advertising trackers or cross-site surveillance beacons are deployed on our domains.

05. REFUND & DEPOSIT SETTLEMENT POLICY

Due to the customized nature of artificial intelligence engineering, exploratory model training, and compute resource allocation:

• Initial project deposits are non-refundable once model compute clusters have been provisioned.
• Milestone-based invoice disputes are resolved via direct arbitration under German commercial law in Kehl.
• Invoiced transactions processed via Stripe link can be reviewed by contacting [email protected].
